Very convenient hotel because it is close to the center and the A bus stop for the airport. Friendly staff and plentiful and varied breakfast. The room is not very big but very clean and bright

It's a good hotel because of it's Location anyways it need a bit of work in the rooms. During the stay, which it was winter, the rooms were a bit cold and the heating was for the whole building so you can not turn it on when you need it. The bathroom needs a bit of work and the internet does not work at all even after talking to the Reception few times, the signal was not strong enough. I hope they can fix these issues because they are in a good location and the rooms are good size.

Desde que llegue note una atención al cliente bastante deficiente: el personal de recepción fue poco amable y parecía que cualquier consulta era una molestia. Lo más preocupante fue observar el trato hacia el personal. Había un ambiente tenso y se notaba que no eran respetados, lo cual habla muy mal de la gestión del lugar. Como huésped, esto afecta directamente a la experiencia. Si el equipo no se siente bien tratado, es difícil que puedan ofrecer un servicio. La limpieza del lugar no esta mal pero se podría mejorar. No recomendaría el hotel y espero que tomen medidas para mejorar la atención al cliente como el trato a sus empleados.

Al llegar a la habitación vi insectos muertos, no les di importancia porque pensaba que eran simples insectos de la ventana abierta o algo así hasta que me desperté con picaduras, fui al médico y sorprendentemente en los años en que estamos eran de chinches, me cambiaron de habitación, un hotel pésimo en limpieza y trato. Lo único bueno que tiene son los desayunos.En la habitación nueva tengo manchas en la pared que Google las identifica como marcas de chinches, debería estar cerrado.

La habitación no se correspondía con lo que había visto en la página,nos dejaron habitación para un patio interior que era horrible los ronquidos de algún señor ,luego la habitación empezó dar un olor muy fuerte, como a humedad, que hasta los ojos me picaban ,las mesas de noche sucias y un trozo de garrafa debajo del radiador que se escucha el agua cayendo todo el rato, es decir que este hotel no lo recomiendo a nadie, tenía dos noches y a las 7 mañana de la primera me fui.

Solo quedé una noche, pero si pudriera quedaría más. La habitación era cómoda, con dos camas y con ventana para el exterior, la ventana me encantó. Un aspeto menos positivo seria la tele de los vecinos y el aparcamiento. Estuvo bien. Gracias!
