My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. Appreciated to all the staff very easy to communicate and helpfull The front desk ***ager.. Mr. Pritam and staf, The restaurant ***ager Mr Sanjib n Staffs..Sourav, Ripul, Rajesh, Ritu and Kalyania..very helpful and friendly...Security Supervisor Mr Sunil and staf Sivashanker..done great job ..almost lost my ZFold phone but they ***age to get..Kudos to ViVanta..next visit on April 24..meet you all then..Thank you..

Good stay. Please review below concerns 1. Many vehicle parked in entry, waited more than 10min, then we get down on roadside with luggage then entered into hotel 2. Frontdesk, pls acknowledge the guest if you busy with other guest, just ” pls wait for a minute ” feel simply ignore the guest 3. Atleast give the instruction to guest while check in eg. ” your room no 506, its in 5th floor, breakfast start from 7am - 10am its in ground floor right side, check out timing.... Etc ” Feel online booking customers will have less priority

Excellent Service and hospitality. Chef Vinod and Prasad were very friendly, welcoming and hospitable. Food was good. Rooms were neat and well maintained. Receptionists were amiable. Room service was timely and well delivered.

Nice place to stay, with prime location and happening places around. Parking is a bit hectic, good if they have more space in cellar.

Hotel is good but i am not convinced about customers being deceived of showing the amenities like bar in the list but the hotel does not have one. The breakfast include lot of dishes but somehow the taste is not convincing for a hotel of that cost. Otherwise, rooms are big, clean and maintained well.

It was a great stay. The counter staff helped me to my room. I wanted normal temperature and they helped me set it and it didn't go to again low temperature as it happens in other hotels. The menu for breakfast is so vast. I always liked it about this hotel. Overall great experience!
