UPDATE to below review as the reply from hotel is lies! (Picture attached) We were not offered an alternative room, we were told they were fully booked & advised that even if they weren’t we would still hear the noise. Our disturbances due to this large group went on until our 5th day when they checked out, during this period we approached reception numerous times for help & on one occasion asked to speak to a manager to be told there was no manager in for 2 days, when I asked who they go to for issues she just said ‘sorry’. The issue was never resolved. At 4pm on our last day, after we had left a review & put a formal complaint in, we were called by Carlos who said he was manager of The Hilton (sister hotel) he apologised for the issues & agreed it was handled badly by hotel management, he also offered us a complimentary dinner & use of the spa at The Hilton, we declined this as felt it was too late being the day before we departed & already having had 5 days ruined, we had also already put a claim in for the disturbed 5 days. He also informed there is always a manger about so reception should have called across from The Hilton, we have raised a claim through CIMAAL for our 5 disturbed/ruined days but if Carlos or another manager had of handled the situation this way in the beginning we would not have had to raise an official complaint/claim or left such a negative review. Our last 2 days were ok, no disturbances & we were able to relax. We would not stay here again though even if it wasn’t for the problem we had, it’s lacking in other qualities you get at a 4 star elsewhere but mostly due to the bad handling of a situation that could have been resolved. Have to mention the staff in the restaurant during breakfast are lovely, really good staff who go above for you. Original Review - If you're thinking of booking this based on the description & good reviews, I would reconsider, we booked for the same reason but we are here right now, 4 days into our 1 week holiday & we are exhausted & really quite upset. On arrival we wanted to relax on the poolside balcony we paid extra for, we have two rooms, both on the ground floor & outside of our balcony was a large group of young men, loud, rude, swearing, we couldn't relax so went inside, could still here them, there's no sound proofing in the rooms. That same group have dominated the hotel, everywhere you go, you hear them that night they woke us in the night arriving back in the early hours, shouting & singing. We went to reception the next day, the girl we spoke to sympathised with us, said she's knows who we're talking about & others have mentioned it too. She said the manger will be in later & she deals with these things. Later we went to find the manager, she said she couldn't really move us as they're booked up & if she did we would still hear the noise!! She said she's spoken to them as they just came in with their music blaring & she's hopeful the issue is resolved. Well it wasn't, we were w
