On New Year's Eve in 2025, my family and I chose Moganshan Binlincheng. This B&B hidden in the green mountains combines the tranquility of nature with a unique modern design. The wooden structure and simple lines are intertwined and reflected, and every detail reveals the designer's intention and taste. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows, the mountains in the distance are like dark blue, and the bamboo forests in the near distance are swaying, forming a vivid landscape painting. There is a spacious open-air hot spring pool on the top floor. If the month is right, you can imagine the spring water under the moonlight, and the stars in the sky, mixed with the aura and tenderness of the mountain. There is a square pool in the Lanji room, waiting to dispel the winter cold, and the water waves gently caress, taking away the traveler's fatigue. As the sun sets in the west, the curling smoke rises, sitting quietly in a corner of the balcony, listening carefully to the singing of the tired birds returning to the forest and the faint barking of dogs in the distance - there are new guests staying, and the gradually rising fireworks coincide with the joy of the world. After all, I didn't stay up until the New Year's Eve. There were not many firecrackers in the mountains, just a few sporadic ones to accompany people to sleep. When I woke up, it was already the first morning of the new year. The fresh and moist air in the mountains hit me. The warmth in the room was enough to resist the coldness of January. I greedily took a deep breath, comfortable and satisfied. The starry sky, the spring water, the laughter of my family, and the silent gaze of the cat ”accompanying meals” in the store, together compiled the beautiful memories of the New Year's Eve in 2025.

We chose the homestay for it's secluded location and loved every bit of it! The rooms were fantastic. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. The bbq experience with the outdoor karaoke setup was great! Sang our hearts out! The view of the bamboo forest from the room coupled with an outdoor balcony made the evenings that much more special to enjoy with our group. The breakfast meals were an absolute delight and the staff made sure to cater exactly as we requested. Transport (via alipay car hail) was a bit of an issue because of the scarcity of taxis in the area, but the auntie at the hotel was kind enough to arrange a taxi through one of her friends. The hotel outdoor area is very spacious and had multiple activities to follow including water gun fights and trampolines. We really did let the kid inside of us run wild this weekend. The fishing experience was fun and educating although we couldn't catch any ourselves. All in all, such a great weekend and will definitely recommend to anyone including foreigners. 5/5 Totally satisfied.

In the hot summer, the summer resorts around Shanghai must belong to Moganshan. During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, I took a one-year-old baby to start my first trip in life. I agreed with my husband to choose the warm home to Guishanju.
Although the traffic jam from Shanghai was serious, the boat and car had been exhausted for nearly five hours before arriving at the destination. Xiaobao began to dance excitedly from the moment he stepped into the small courtyard. Upstairs and downstairs, inside and outside, he asked for a place he could reach, and all observed it again! Under the bayberry tree, grandmother took him to pick up bayberry, tease the puppy, touch the rabbit, father took swimming in the pool to play in the water, mother is a full-time photographer, all this is too interesting for the baby!
The owner of the hotel was hospitable and took us to experience picking peaches, picking bayberry, and drinking homemade bayberry juice. Before leaving, we took away a basket of bayberry, peaches and home-grown vegetables. It was really full of harvest!
For friends who like flowers and plants, the small courtyard is simply a small botanical garden, all kinds of flowers and plants, pleasing to the eye.
I especially praise my aunt’s cooking skills. The taste is very good, and the dishes are rich and the portion is sufficient, which tastes better than eating in a restaurant…
In addition, I personally suggest that a small month-old baby, this room with two rooms and three beds is more suitable. Before booking the room, I thought that the baby would sleep at night without a bed fence. I tangled for a long time. I didn’t decide to bring Xiaobao out. It turned out that my choice was very correct. 1.8 The big bed of rice can be allowed to roll on the bed by Xiaobao, and there is no need to worry about him falling off the bed.
Next time I wait for Xiaobao to grow up, take him to live in the parent-child suite ……

The room was very clean and the environment was beautiful. The air was filled with the fragrance of flowers and rich negative oxygen ions. The store also thoughtfully prepared playing cards, which we had a lot of fun playing! For dinner, we were sent directly to the Goldfish Mother in town, and after dinner, we were picked up back to the room. It was a super thoughtful butler service.

Must blow up this fairy homestay! It's great! The cleanliness patients are crazy to call~ the room is really super! level! dry! net! Even the toilet seams are shiny, surrounded by tea gardens, open the window like a natural air conditioner, the air is so good that I want to pack it and take it home.
Every day I wake up, I can carry the bamboo basket as a tea picker sister. The owner of the hotel teaches how to pick the sprouts. My bear child digs the bamboo shoots in the back mountain and doesn't want to leave! The point is here, the tea I picked can be brought back, and the fresh dumplings I just dug are made immediately. I drink all the soup!
Before leaving the car key forgot the room, the waiter chased the parking lot and sent it over. I kneeled directly for this service. Come back next time! !

Very satisfied with an unforgettable stay! The environment can be called a paradise, quiet and beautiful, all serving a total of more than a dozen rooms. There are mountains, water and countryside. Even my traveler dad praised it as an ideal country. The room facilities are comparable to those of four-star or above hotels, the bedding is clean and high-end, and the living experience is reassuring. The service is very humane. The hotel lady is very close to the baby. The baby, who has always been very aloof, is actually very close to the lady and wants to give her a hug. The food is a little expensive but delicious and worth every penny! It is such a lovely and beautiful place. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

As a person who has lived in a plain for many years, Anji's mountain view environment has nothing to say. The hotel is halfway up the mountain and the scenery along the way is particularly wonderful, but the mountain roads along the way are being repaired, which shows that the local government is still very supportive of industrial development. The hotel is facing the yard with excellent room type. The yard has a stream and a swimming pool. I thought there would be a lot of mosquitoes in the summer at the end of August. I didn’t expect the night in the mountains to be particularly comfortable. The proprietress was very enthusiastic. I asked one day in advance if I needed to prepare meals. The price was more kind and made delicious wine. The taste of the dishes is local. The night in the mountains thought it would be boring. The proprietress put a projection in the yard. You can watch movies, pick up melon seeds, drink white tea. The night in the mountains at the end of August is very cool at night. There are no mosquitoes. It is suitable for all ages. It is really a wonderful experience.

This 100-year-old Republic of China villa is very conveniently located, within walking distance of Jianchi and Chairman Mao's residence, and the scenery around the villa is also beautiful. Listening to the trickling water, seeing the lush greenery of spring before your eyes, having a cup of Moganshan Huangya tea, reading Bill Porter's ”The Man Not Seen”, you will be immersed in tranquility and comfort.
The rooms are elegantly decorated, retaining the charm of the old house while also offering the comfort of modern life. The store owner and all the staff must be people who love life very much, to take such good care of this villa.
Not to mention the service, which is very considerate and thoughtful. The family portrait taken by the store received unanimous praise from the whole family. I really want to praise you guys!
After leaving Mogan Mountain and returning home, I was still savoring the aroma. I could only drink the yellow bud tea I brought back to satisfy my craving.
I guess the best review would be - I would stay here again!

Welcomed by Jane, the host, we immediately felt at home.
We would not have changed a single object there, nor in the common area. Fully in line with our personal tastes.
We found out later that Jane’s husband, a designer, was behind the the set-up. Not a surprise at all.
In addition to a yummy breakfast, that pas planned, we ended up having a dinner and a late lunch. Both prepared by a super ayi. So tasty and genuine.
We spend a couple of hours in the adjacent bamboo forest. Crispy air, unique light, insane calm (the whole area is so quiet).
We will definitely come back. When weather will allow the use of the welcoming swimming pool.

GGuest UserIf you’re looking for a forest mountain getaway far enough from city life, this hotel is a great escape. The hotel is surrounded by bamboo forests and you can hike into the hills. The hotel was very pet friendly for our three dogs. We hiked through the farmland to the nearby reservoir and even discovered an extremely nice coffee shop at the reservoir. We had dinner at the nearest village at a standard restaurant. The location of the hotel is perfect for what we intended for our trip. The workers at the hotel are very hospitable. “Make yourself at home” was the overall feeling from the staff. The only detractor I experienced was the air conditioning in my room didn’t work and the workers were unable to fix it. The hotel amenities we enjoyed were the pool, bbq grill, and their pet allowance. It was a great stay overall!

GGuest UserThe service we received during our stay was superb! Tina and David (the owners) went above and beyond their duties as hosts to ensure we were comfortable and would enjoy our stay. They provided transport to the train station, Chinese translation, attraction advise Etc. The esthetic of the room was also great, neatly decorated. They were also available to talk to during our stay at any given point if we needed assistance. The food was adequate and they also provided dinner when asked. Overall, would definitely recommend staying here! We felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.

The vibe at the house is super cozy, the place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated, with warm colors and a home-vibe all around. Ernest and his team were super supportive since the first moment of the reservation and assisted us immediately through WeChat if any question. We also enjoyed their exquisite Chinese local dinner set; it was tasty and fresh! The breakfast is also very delicious. Finally, the bedroom was really amazing, with one of the best views I’ve had in a countryside hotel by far; just spectacular to relax and get a perfect getaway from the city. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends. Thanks for all Ernest!!!

JJasur MavlyanovWe recently enjoyed a 4-night stay at Mo Yan Homestay (莫颜·莫干山Villa环山溯溪美宿（庾村广场店)) with our two children. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, situated incredibly close to the hiking trails of Moganshan. The amenities are equally impressive, featuring a large outdoor pool, a rooftop barbecue area, and an additional ground-floor barbecue spot. There are plenty of cozy sitting areas both inside and around the hotel for relaxation.
For indoor entertainment, the hotel offers a spacious billiard table on the ground floor, as well as an arcade gaming set that our kids couldn’t get enough of. Speaking of the kids, they were thrilled with the children’s themed room we booked. The room’s balcony provided stunning views of the river, mountains, and lush bamboo forests that front the hotel.
But what truly sets Mo Yan Homestay apart are the hosts. They are among the best we’ve encountered in China, making us feel completely at home. This was our second trip to Moganshan, and thanks to the incredible hospitality at Mo Yan, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you for your exceptional hospitality!

The overall experience and service were actually very good, but after staying here for one night, I experienced my first allergy in my life. I took a nap in the hotel on the first afternoon, and when I woke up I felt a little itchy. I didn’t think it was a problem with the bedding at the time, but the bedding was indeed rough and not very soft and comfortable. After waking up the next morning, the itching symptoms continued to worsen. By the evening, it was getting more and more severe and I could not sit still. My family members also showed related symptoms. After communicating with the hotel’s customer service staff, I immediately went to the hospital for emergency treatment. After a check-up, it was found that I had an allergy. The doctor prescribed medicine and an injection. I have doubts about the hygiene quality of the hotel's bedding. The customer service attitude was very good, as if they were replying like a robot, but it can also be said that they had no sense of responsibility at all. I was speechless and too lazy to argue, so I'll give you a bad review!

GGuest UserFirst of all, the overall architectural style of Moganshan B&B is more fashionable and beautiful. The small building is refreshing and clean. The first feeling is not bad. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and very nice. The fruit sent was a bit flawed, so I gave it to us again. Also happy to send us to the distribution center. It feels a bit commercial. The room is very simple, just two beds and a table. Even the stools are saved. So it feels a bit expensive. There is a yard where you can park. It is very convenient to go to the street to eat in a few minutes. The picture is just the scenery outside the window and the place to eat. I hope I can give a reference to friends who are going to the hotel.

Every time I come, it is a different and pleasant experience for others, so that the tired body and mind can go home with electricity. Every time I come, I feel like I am fattening hahaha... GGuest UserThe environment is great. In a tea garden, you can drink tea, bask in the sun and take a bath.
The rooms are all facing south and are very warm. The bedding is also extremely comfortable. The set meal consists of 2 meat dishes, 2 vegetarian dishes and 1 soup. The vegetables and small potatoes are all grown at home; the cooking skills are exquisite, very delicious, cheap and good quality.
The service is super good and everything is answered. The housekeeper also dragged the wiring board to the pavilion in the tea garden and let us make tea in the sun. There is also a tank of water for bathing, which is clean and hygienic; it is so comfortable to enjoy the warmth in the embrace of nature at night!
The tea at this restaurant is delicious, and several of its teas have won awards... It is equipped with a tea room where you can taste tea at will; it is really a bonus for people who like to drink tea. The price of black tea is also half cheaper than in the tea city. The water is filtered from mountain springs and has a sweet taste👍
Great vacation choice, the price for activities is very cost-effective!
