A very, very bad experience.
The mattress was soiled, dirty drops not changed between customers, no towel, toilet paper, no water in the bathroom sink tap, no breakfast service possible.
The price displayed on the front of the hotel is 999 rupees which is 10 euros and trip.com costs us more than 32
euros
We contacted trip.com for explanations, they politely called us back but nothing was done because they could not contact the hotel
We are waiting for reimbursement
The hotel is on the highway
To be urgently referred to trip.com!

The rooms were with full of dust and improper curtains and bed spreads. The ac remote is not working fine. Restrooms are in below average conditions with broken seating cover and top lids. Water heater was in bad condition. Entire rating would be 2. 5/10. No

In park residency the toilet flush is not working. Water flow is low. All the metal rods in the bathroom are rusted.

The property is not a hotel, but a lodge. A walk in customer gets - ac room where booking, ended up paying + a night. Apart from this, the basic amenities like towels, soaps etc were not given. This will help you ask your team to check even for budget hotels, promise and deliver.
