The rooms are nothing like on photos, the bunk bed is made from some cheap plastic and you barely can go on the top, the AC didn’t work and even though the staff told us it just has to heat up after 2 hours it was still really cold so we had to switch rooms. It’s not clean at all and it stinks a bit. The beds aren’t that comfortable too, but staff was really nice though and thats the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1

Entrance from pedestrian square. Unwelcoming reception but quite large and comfortable room, with balcony, good-sized bathroom with shower. Abundant breakfast, especially desserts. Generally low quality products but it fits in a three star hotel. Parking is problematic; in Viserba the streets are narrower than the other districts of Rimini, there is no space for the car even out of season. You have to park beyond the station, 5 minutes away

I spend a night here for work..small but clean room..very old entrance..terrible smell of terrible deodorant from public bathrooms throughout the entrance and stairs but luckily it disappears in the room..very rich sweet and savory breakfast.. .overlooking the church square... parking non-existent but for one night it can be done... sea very close, average value for money

I recommend visiting Viserba but not staying in this nightmare hotel. Nightmarish attic, dirty room and bathroom, sheets used and never changed... slept on the beach towel. Bathroom with leaks and smell of sewer Complaints reported to the staff who in response made us change rooms. We refused to have breakfast, apple dessert with mold... how disgusting! The services offered by Viserba are excellent (bar, jewelery supermarket and various shops)

stayed in the attic, these rooms are probably reserved for those who book with smartbox. Indeed, calling them rooms is too much, little attic rooms where you can only partially stand, very small bathroom and without any extractor fan. Breakfast ok, location ok.
