Capsule Aloha Hotel

I checked into the hotel on 18.09.24 and there was an unpleasant supply right at the entrance. The renovation is quite old. The common areas are all dirty, the contingent is also like a hostel for the homeless. The linen on the bed makes me doubt that someone changed it. They lifted the mattress, which is all in a lump, it is impossible to sleep. Everything under the mattress is covered in piss. There is no division into female and male in the capsules, they can put a man next to you. The administrator does not monitor the order, he selectively answers the phone. Visitors who check in to him move out after a couple of hours due to the impossibility of normal stay in the rooms, even family ones. I checked out the same evening, but paid in advance for 2 nights, did not receive a refund for one night, since I used a third-party site, and not through them. There was a good reason to check out, in addition to the terrible conditions of the hotel itself. I felt indifference to obvious complaints about the administrator. I do not recommend this hotel for any money. The location is great, but that's it. The carpet in the showers has never been lifted, there are black hairs everywhere. The cleaner clearly doesn't do her job. Apart from the appearance that she was ironing the linen, even the floors near the capsules were dirty as if no one had gone over them with a rag all week. It's not a small thing for them to need an employee. At the very least, questions to the management about the quality of services and hiring one cleaning staff, which is clearly not enough for such an area. And also questions about the inflated reviews and extortion to give a good rating from the admin upon check-in, but the question is why give you good reviews? I don't see them, even as a transit I wouldn't stay if I saw the hotel itself with my own eyes. There are much better capsule hotels in the city with good and clean repairs, clean and white linen, and not like yours, as if they took their own from home. And for the sake of decency, such hotels have sectors separating men's and women's. There is no air conditioner near the beds and because of this it is very stuffy in the capsule and also the exhaust fan hums loudly and is of little use. The rags on the floor near the showers should also be replaced with normal ones for the sake of decency. In general and as a whole the picture is terrible, fortunately I did not have to spend the night in this hell.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the port and the train station, about 1 km away. The facilities are simple but have everything you need. Some waiters can speak English but she is not available at night. It is very popular and needs to be booked one day in advance, otherwise the price will not allow you to stay. My first choice I was going to Vladivostok on a temporary basis that day, and I couldn't book a hotel. This hotel also didn't allow guests to stay on the sofa temporarily. I went to a nearby train and spent the night. The train station can charge for free. I checked in on the second day and it was a mixed room for both men and women, but the overall experience was okay, except that the store let me stay in the upper bunk. The iron ladder was round and very uncomfortable for my feet, so I had to wear slippers to climb up. Other experiences are good, suitable for those who like to experience youth hostels.

Very convenient location in the very center. Clean, has everything you need, including a hair dryer, iron, kitchen. Friendly reception. We had a capsule for two. The beds are large, comfortable, the linen is clean, the towels are good.

Excellent location in the city center. Clean, quiet. Good conditions for rest in transit. Cosmetic repairs in common areas would not hurt.

Приехали раньше на 2 часа . С ребенком семья мы. Но сказали : за ранний заезд платите 😟. Правда потом , через час только , пустили.    Белье постельное вообще подозрительное . Матрас железной пружиной в бок втыкался .  В санузле чисто .  У нас была капсула двухместная с отдел входом . Ну очень тесная

Хорошая гостиница за свои деньги, но самое главное что находится в центре города.
