早餐不錯，衞生也説的過去。不過很不幸沒注意訂了雙床房的無窗房。到了以後和酒店溝通（很困難，因為人家根本不和你説英文），有窗户的房間都是大床房，衹能作罷。唯一好處是早上不受陽光打擾，幾個晚上睡得還不錯。酒店位置推薦，出門右拐再右拐經過列寧廣場以後路對面就是號稱世界唯一的車站和碼頭在一起的海參崴火車站了。到勝利廣場和各景點都不算遠。

酒店前台會英文，交流順利，🏨就在馬路旁邊，但夜裡門口沒有燈看不到，兩個俄羅斯路人，主動幫着找到酒店🏨，友善感恩🙏，海參崴機場很多出租車🚕大約2000盧布/人，送到酒店門口，問價錢，一定要注意，是按人頭算的，我們不知道，以為很便宜，結果3個人6000盧布哈哈哈😂

Отель нам очень понравился, уютный, чистый, все на месте.
Меня впечатлил завтрак, какая вкусная овсяная каша и блины с ветчиной и сыром. Кофе зерновой, также в течение дня можно пить кофе с чай с сушками и конфетами. Приятно.
У нас был очень ранний заезд и поздний выезд, в этот же день, на ресепшене девушка очень доброжелательная и внимательная. Мы впервые во Владивостоке, ничего не знали, отметили для себя 3 отеля и по приезду из аэропорта начали звонить, отель Тепло ответил сразу.

Хороший мини-отель. В номере чисто и уютно. Немного не хватило вентиляции в санузле и шторка в душевой очень промокает, так что вода попадает на пол. Завтраки сытные и вкусные

Улучшенный номер достался малюсенький, двоем тесно, стены тонкие, слышимость с соседнего номера, парковка отсутствует, а так в целом нормально
