There is a Victory Restaurant on the left side of the hotel entrance, which specializes in Northeastern cuisine and is run by Chinese. The dishes are sweeter to suit the locals. 這家酒店位於海參崴Novotel的16和17層，但是辦理入住是在17層，我們去的時候是個小哥哥在負責辦理（其實還有一個小姐姐），全程溝通都非常愉快，而且在我們聽不懂的時候還拿翻譯軟件請幫我們翻譯，兩位前台服務人員都會説簡單的英文，辦理時非常順利，進入房間真的給了我眼前一亮的感覺，寬敞乾淨舒適，設施齊全（有微波爐、電水壺、咖啡機），我們住的房間從屋裡就能看到大海還有城市景觀，是特別理想的一件房屋，而且還每天都會有人打掃，在住的這幾天裏我們都非常的開心。
