I booked this apartment and paid but I did not receive any detail about which floor is my room is, I arrived location on time and could not get in to the apartment as there is no information about how to get in, I sent messages to the service center of Trip but there is reply, I tried to find information about 50 minutes but could not get . The driver try to help me to call around and finally we could contact the apartment owner to get us and bring us into the apartment, comparing the reality of rooms and from where it show on the advertisement in Trip, there are not the same.
