The transportation is very convenient. Whether it is from the airport to the hotel or from the hotel to other places, it is very convenient to transfer the high speed I80. There is a stadium and the walk in the past is very good! The service facilities in the hotel are also good, there is a gym!

A dedicated parking garage is available for free parking. The stopover from Yellowstone Park to Yosemite is not bad. Reno is the second largest city in Nevada and has many casinos.

Great hotel experience, wonderful updated rooms, attentive staff. It was nice being able to walk to several different ******s without going outside in the cold. Had dinner at The Brew Brothers pub between Silver Legacy and Eldorado, food was amazing, fast and friendly service. Would stay again!

I had a mini suite by myself and that was great! It’s a little older hotel, but I feel happy in those kind of places. Great location, people and a lot of things to do. Also for families.

Was there for a event at events center hotel was very nice restuarants were great & fun , needs mini bars & usb plugs in rooms but other than that was very nice beautifully decorated for xmas

Arrived at the Lobby around 3pm on Christmas Eve and waited 40 mins to check in. Only 2 check in counters were open. Bad service, shame!!!

This is my third time staying here. I have been in the North Wing, West Wing and the Peppermill Tower. Staff are always helpful and I'm really a guest there for the Spa Toscana, which is first rate. I have never spent time on the gambling floor. I recently ate at Romanza and was quite impressed with the level of service and quality of food. If you can find a good deal on the web to stay here, grab it. Even if its in the West or North Wings, which are bit far from the amenities, but more reasonably priced. The outdoor pools are also really excellent.

Clerk at checkin was NOT friendly. Did not ask if we'd been to this hotel before, did NOT offer directions to the elevator, which are around the corner from the front desk, not visible and not obvious when looking for them. we wandered around with our luggage for several minutes before an employee helped us. This town has a severe shortage of taxi cabs, making getting anywhere difficult to impossible. There are no nearby restaurants, forcing guests to dine at their overpriced eateries.

This hotel is really good. It ’s actually a resort. By the lake, we have a lot of guests at the end of October. The reception hall is always full. The decoration architectural style belongs to the atmospheric forestry + stone brick structure. There are dark sofas with bonfire fireplaces and bear elements. The lake on the edge is very beautiful, suitable for watching the sunset There are also very good high-end restaurants near the resort, and the produce is very good. Overall highly recommended
