Beautiful 19th century home located in Downtown Ann Arbor blocks from the U of M. Hospitals and Campuses. This rrenovated home has been split into two totally separate units one upper and one lower. This upper unit features four bedrooms with exposed brick, reclaimed wood, and each one with its own television for those lazy mornings! You will wake up refreshed and rejuvenated after a peaceful night's sleep in our luxurious queen-sized beds. The fabulous kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! It has granite counter tops, garbage disposal, dishwasher and all stainless steel appliances. There is a large living room area where you may lounge on the super comfortable leather couches and snuggle by the cozy electric fireplace while watching a movie on the 65' flat screen TV. The separate dining room has an oak dining room table with chairs. If you need to do laundry there is a sweet little laundry room. This home is set apart, not only by its attention to detail, but its proximity to Downtown Ann Arbor and all of its shopping and famous restaurants! For all of you active people -just around the corner is Argo park which offers a walking/biking trail around the Huron River . The room facilities are good, but the air outlet of the dryer has not been cleaned for a long time... The elevator was not working for two days. Fortunately, I lived on the third floor and didn't have much luggage.

Facilities: The antique feeling is great. Service: Very friendly. Sanitation: Clean Environment: Great, very close to the middle campus. Shopping in the commercial street is very convenient, and it feels great to take photos and visit museums on campus.

I made a temporary reservation and arrived at 11:30 in the middle of the night. There is only a twin room on the first floor. When I walked into the room, the smell was very heavy and it felt very damp and airless. This hotel is very large and newly renovated, the free breakfast is very rich, and the service is very good, someone will greet you with coffee or tea. There are coffee machines, refrigerators, and microwaves in the room. The hotel has a large swimming pool and gym. The surrounding area is safe and spacious, and the car can be parked freely. A few steps out of the hotel, there will be gas stations, supermarkets, and it is very convenient to buy some food and process it. The particularly good thing is that there is a car rental company in the hotel, and the car is parked right next to the hotel, which is a great service!
