Baiyue Hotel

From check-in to breakfast, it was not very smooth. It felt like the staff was hired temporarily. They didn't know anything, and the experience was not very good. 1. Hotel location: I couldn't find the name of the hotel, so I called the front desk and said they were not Park Hyatt Hotel, but Huaxia Hotel, and later said they were a family; 2. The parking lot was very dark with almost no lights, so I finally chose to park outside the hotel; 3. The overall cleanliness of the room is okay, but the garbage in the bathroom is not thrown away. I checked in at 9 pm; 4. The door lock of the room was broken, and someone was finally called to fix it; the door of the bathroom could not be closed at all;

這個酒店真的很神奇，招牌都找不到，感覺在荒郊野嶺，到地方了得給攜程客服打電話，才能知道在哪裡。原來是和一個叫華夏大酒店的是一家，酒店倒是很大，感覺是和旅行團，單位團建之類合作的酒店。酒店環境還算乾淨，但是毫無服務可言，別指望有一點點服務，客服人員板著臉，感覺就是你愛住不住的樣子，這個華夏酒店或者柏悦酒店遲早會被這一幫服務人員，運營人員搞黃。

相當好，酒店位置非常好，一下高鐵很快就到了，門口就是景區，環境很好。房間裏面設施也很好，布草很舒服，床墊也很棒。下面有幾個小店，吃早餐也不錯，挺方便，關鍵價格美麗，性價比相當高，以後來威海的首選
