Pros: Great sea view, great location (walking distance to a big fresh seafood market and the beach), the place is very clean, the host is very friendly and would share information about activities and food.
Cons: the WiFi signal is weak and unstable, the soy sauce and vinegar in the kitchen are expired, 2 of 3 beds are hard wood beds without mattresses (quite painful to sleep on). Finally, when neighbors cook meals, there will be strong fumes in the living room.

Seeing that we had children with us, she also provided her private car for us to use. There is also Weihai Park just a stone's throw away from Xingfu Gate. The scenic spots on the line are very close. You can go to Xingfumen to watch the sunrise in the morning. If you have the chance to come back, you will choose it again!

房子很大，設備齊全。小區後就是海灘，可在房間看日落，也能到海灘看，或是趕海（老闆能提供用具）也有提供租車或包車，老闆帶着我們玩了一天，最後還帶我們去市場買了海鮮^^下次來威海再來住。

老闆非常好，情緒穩定熱情開朗，很好相處。房間主題也很好，乾淨衞生，舒適温馨，地理位置十分便利，到哪裡都很近。周邊吃的東西也多。唯一有點遺憾就是洗澡水洗不夠，需要排隊等時間。不過不影響五分好評。遇到暴雪，但是房間很暖和。值得推薦。
