I will never book an apartment-style B&B again. The services, facilities, and environment are not good, and the prices are not cheap. The location is right between the urban area and Rongcheng, and it's almost the same going both ways. It is very close to Kowloon Bay Beach and can be walked. The room is a loft type with old furniture and dirty walls. There is only a mattress on the ground on the second floor. The bathroom is not even one square meter, and it is difficult to turn around in the rain. After taking a shower, the entire bathroom is filled with water. When you come back from playing for a day, you have to turn on the air conditioner again and wait for half an hour to cool down. You can see the sea outside the window, but because the view from the rooftop of the shopping mall is not good, and it is in the west, the sun is very hot, so I dare not open the curtains. The last thing I want to strongly complain about is the apartment elevator. The whole building is a B&B. Three elevators are simply not enough. Every time I wait for the elevator, there are people crowded. Especially on the day of check-out, I waited seven or eight times without being able to get in. It was really annoying.

之前看到很多威海民宿不好的評論，但是這家完全大驚喜。入住前就提前電話聯繫，説明有個房間沒空調問可以不可以，我們表示沒問題之後，發了非常詳盡的入住須知。主要是比起之後那香海的幾家民宿，這家性價比真的很高了。 我們是為了晚上看華夏城的表演所以訂了附近的房，自駕入住的很順利，因為入住須知非常詳細。 房間很乾凈整潔，衞生間尤其乾淨，這點很滿意。廚房除了刀具沒有，其它東西都有。 有一間房間可以遠遠看到海，床墊屬於較硬那種，大家可以參考。
