Although it is a homestay, the price/performance ratio is still quite high. The rooms are simple and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and odor-free and is equipped with a disposable toilet seat. The front desk clerks are enthusiastic and answer all questions to meet the needs of travelers.
The hotel is within walking distance of the beach, the Eighth Street and the pier. It is also convenient for dining. The wooden house with rice and seaweed buns are good choices.
Some suggestions: There are no tea cups in the guest rooms, the quality of paper cups and slippers is also poor, and the toiletries are too simple, which also causes great waste.

店家好好～ 看到我們兩個大箱子幫我們升級了房型～房間乾淨 隔音也很好～ 位置方便出行～樓下就有7-11便利店和幾家吃的～ 過馬路就是海邊浴場 2分鐘到沙灘～ 早上直接有海鷗可以喂～ 去火炬八街走路就五六分鐘～ 棧道也衹是十幾分鍾～

民宿就在國際海水浴場對面，到海邊特別方便，海景房整塊玻璃直接可以看到海（隔着馬路和一片草地），景色很不錯。民宿樓下有家7-11，很方便。
房間很大，地暖很有力，工作人員很熱情有效率。靠近床那邊有點涼颼颼，和前台反映過後第二天晚上立刻暖烘烘。
民宿內部乾淨整潔温馨，衞生工作也挺好的。離火炬八街、歐樂坊、山大片區都比較方便，去韓樂坊那邊比較遠，建議可以安排在去那邊的景點過後直接過去。

房間的照片沒有拍，但是有送了兩包零食。
酒店位置絕絕子，過馬路就是海濱浴場！
説實話，夏天來的話一定比冬天更值得，可玩性更佳。大冬天的小朋友在沙灘上都玩的不亦樂乎。
老闆服務非常人性化，關注度也很高，提出增加被子，及時安排，還給我們推薦了自己製作的威海旅遊攻略，還幫我們預訂了包車。

景點：離海邊很近，77sunset十二分鐘，火炬八街步行差不多十五分鐘（冬天步行較慢情況）。如果想要拍人少的火炬八街選這裏很方便，然後一路環海玩下去。
吃喝：左邊就是711二十四小時營業，有個海菜包子店。肯德基海景店也很近，差不多五分鐘距離。
供暖：很給力哈哈哈，甚至感覺要開空調製冷模式。
供水：洗手池有冷熱水。淋浴間水壓可以調高點。
服務：老闆很熱情，會提前確認入住時間。
