前台服務很好，第二天依舊選擇的這家酒店，以後出差基本都會選擇在這家酒店，房間和前台的服務很吸引入住，還有超大的停車場和一排充電樁對電車真的很友好，威海有很多的美食和遊玩的地方，尤其是海邊真的很舒服

每次來這個酒店，退房以後我都會給五星好評，前台服務真的太棒，酒店周圍有一個大型的商場很方便，停車也超級方便有大型停車場，現在酒店樓的旁邊還有一排充電樁，衞生就更不用説了，真的是太乾淨，基本有的需求前台小姐姐都會盡量滿足，唯一美中不足的是餐廳的餐品種類有一點少，希望下次來入住的時候可以有改善，但是也夠吃

首先，衞生條件無可挑剔，房間打掃得乾淨整潔，床品和衞浴設施都看得出精心維護，住得很放心。
其次，服務態度更是加分項，前台熱情周到，需求響應很及時。
再次，房間比想象中寬敞明亮，佈局合理，完全沒有壓抑感。最驚喜的是設施細節：熱水供應超快，（來之前看到其他評論説熱水熱得慢針對這個問題是有擔心的，但是入住下來的體驗是一點也不慢，基本上1～2分鐘出熱水）洗澡無需等待；
全屋智能控制，智能馬桶的加熱和清潔功能讓體驗升級，感受到酒店的用心。

入住以後總體感覺還可以，放下行李就帶孩子去九龍城購物了，差不多晚上10點多回到酒店。空調開了就去洗澡，洗完澡好一會感覺房間還是有點悶，一看空調根本不製冷，打電話問前台説是空調是統一控制，目前沒有冷風，第一次遇到不能控制自己房間空調温度的酒店，加上爸爸剛過世，心情很煩躁，可能對前台説話時語氣不好了。後來前台小姐姐送來冰鎮礦泉水、濕巾、還有兩衹雪糕，為表達我語氣上的失禮，給了她一盒剛在超市買的果切。

白玉蘭，覺得這酒店應該不錯，價格貴一點就算了，覺得安靜，結果去了沒後悔死，凍的不行空調遙控器都沒有，和前台要，説給送上來，等了一晚上也沒給送，一點熱水都沒有，和前台反應，前台説什麼不會啊，有的，**的開到熱水區域都不流水還在給我説有，服了，涼水洗漱，也沒洗澡，以後不會在選擇了，太服氣了，給的房卡都開不了門，垃圾 垃圾
