The hotel is confidently located near a big mall and near the waterfront . If you walk about 700 m you get into the park which has a nice pagoda . The buffet breakfast is great and the staff are quite friendly . The only issue that you might face is other guests smoking in their rooms hence at night I get smoking smells drifting through the air con shaft even though I am staying in a non smoking room . Oh if you are staying in the room facing the west setting sun you would have to remind the cleaning crew not to open the curtains as it can get quite hot in the afternoon

The hotel was in a good location. Service was good but facilities were a little worn. Food selection for breakfast buffet was a little lacking.

The environment is good, the room was upgraded, the hardware and hygiene are OK. But the biggest complaint was breakfast. I arrived at the restaurant around 9:30, and there was still half an hour before closing time, and a lot of food was already gone. It was basically leftovers, and the waiter didn't refill it even when he asked for it. Several kinds of bread were taken away, as were the juice and soy milk, and even the plates were taken away. Breakfast was an extra charge and was very below expectations!
