The most ridiculous thing is that we booked the most expensive suite in the hotel, and the handle lock of the bathroom was broken. Last year and the year before, I was also in Tianmu Hot Spring, and there were corresponding problems. It hasn't been solved in two years. It's really embarrassing. When I went to Tangbo Hot Springs, I booked a suite. The facilities inside were old and the hair washing was particularly poor. The experience was also average. When I checked out, I also reported the situation to the front desk. To be honest, the two service staff at the front desk were very sincere and kept apologizing. In the end, they took a doll for the child. We kept shirking it. Later, they forced us to take it, sent us to the car, and bowed goodbye. Although I haven't been to Tangbo in recent years, one of the two staff members will give me a small gift every year, including holiday greetings. I think this is the essence of service, to find problems and solve them, rather than to agree to ignore them. It's better not to go for such service. There is a saying that serving people is the simplest, because people understand people best, and serving people is also the most difficult, because you can't empathize with them. Tianmu Hot Spring has been made popular by many foreign tourists in recent years, or it has made them make money, and many essential things have been lost. I may not consider going there in the future, but of course I will consider visiting again if the service gets better.
