環境不錯，寬敞。離威海站打車9元錢左右。孩子第一次到威海住車站附近的賓館，感覺環境不是很滿意，有點老舊破。所以從青島返程再回到威海就定了這個稍微遠點的品牌酒店。房間有窗有沙發茶几。家人住着舒適，滿意。

在價位前提下，衞生基本居住條件過關，保潔阿姨很勤勞。服務未感受到任何問題。但在設施上洗護全套用品建議自帶，洗髮水和沐浴露是二合一的，地板嘎吱作響。環境上酒店大堂有明顯黴味，房間有輕微黴味，居住地區環境過關，但隔音太差，有一種沒關門的體驗感。但現在威海這個情況價格，體驗也衹能到此為止，不做過多奢望，基本滿意。

好像舊酒店改的錦江之星 樓道里鋪着地毯走路還響聲特別大 給了一間房進去想拉窗簾一拉開是麪鏡子 下了一大跳 整體感覺糟透了 樓下是酒店辦婚禮聲音也很大 總體就是感覺很舊 餐廳服務人員嗓門很大

和攜程評分完全不符，是找水軍刷的分嗎？周圍應該是在裝修，環境破爛。酒店房間小，三個人住的房間就一把椅子，連坐的地方都沒有，照片上説好的沙發哪裡去了，東西也沒有地方放。就這條件還要近450的價格，太坑人啦！唯一好些的就是酒店服務員的服務態度總體還是不錯的。
威海應該學習一下淄博旺季酒店價格也要控制一下。

我出行一般都會選擇錦江之星酒店，每次入住都很滿意，這次也一樣，房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，有自己的停車場，停車方便，周邊交通便利，酒店附近有很多飯店，吃飯很方便。早餐豐富可口，各種炒菜味道都不錯。酒店人員服務態度好，熱情周到，特別是前台的小姑娘們非常熱情，知道我們帶着水壺還專門給我們多送了幾瓶水，非常感謝！

房間沒有異味，以前住過很長時間錦江之星，衞生條件不錯，被子有一點潮濕，可能是偶發事件。門的隔音和隔光可以改善一下。房間整體夜間還是挺安靜，枕頭高低也合適。洗澡熱水比較足，水流量大，對標這個價位的酒店，還是很不錯的。大廳有冰箱可以幫忙放置中葯，挺方便的。
