Poor service, with only 1 staff working among three (at the time I checked in), the not so well trained staff allocated a yet to clean room to me. The trained staff scolded her with this and reconfirm to cleaning staff so that she can change a new room for me if the room wasn't cleaned yet. This untrained cleaning staff claimed the room was clean. But the fact was the room wasnt cleaned yet (she lied). Went down to reception to change another room .
Poor hygiene , with stains on bedsheets and sink and fur or hairs on floor upon check in.
Poor room service, their room service meant to replenish items only like water, towel etc but not to clean the room (clean the toilet and bedroom).
Location is good, near to main train centre and Korean streets. Foods and hypermarket within walking distance

I don't want to say more. The cleaning staff may have eye problems. They can't see the obvious long hair. The cleaning is not professional at all. There are surprises every time I stay. Dirt on the floor.

It's really a very average hotel. I read reviews saying that the hygiene is not good. This is probably the worst hotel I've stayed in. There was a fruit core on the bed, right next to the pillow. I don't understand how it can't be seen during cleaning, as shown in the second picture (it has been thrown on the ground). There are hairs all over the ground... I really can't complain. There is a parking lot, close to the train station, the location is really good, and there are food all downstairs. Hotel hygiene is the first priority. The visible dirt is really exaggerated.

We booked a room in advance, but we were told that we could only check in at 2pm when we arrived at the hotel at noon! We were asked to check in only after we had to see the room.
The paper towels were a thin roll, and we asked the front desk for paper towels and were told that we had to pay extra for paper towels and water. The service was like we owed her money. It was really speechless to travel thousands of miles to see her face and stay in a hotel for a price of four or five hundred yuan!
Later, we were urged to check out early by phone, saying that there were many guests who had made reservations and they needed time to clean... I have never had such an experience! It was so bad!!
