Worst experience ever! I came here once some time ago, when the RV campground tavern was open and the hotel gave away alcohol! I entered the hotel at 2pm a few days ago, but this time it was changed to 4pm. When you enter the hotel, you are also given a ticket to the pub! So when I came today, I didn’t bring much wine and little food. I was thinking about going to the pub for a drink, but the pub was closed, but I didn’t expect that the hotel wouldn’t give me anything! I called the front desk and they gave me a phone number. They were off work and they said they wouldn't deliver it! In a fit of rage, I went to the hotel front desk and told the front desk that the pub was closed and the phone number you provided was also closed! She clearly knew that the store was closed, but since she still provided the phone number to another customer, she was completely talking about it! And he said it had nothing to do with the hotel, it was just providing services! I wanted to complain, but I didn't tell my name when asked, and even said I was new here. I kept making excuses, and even went inside but didn't come out to receive the reception! The post-processing manager called me and I said a lot, I just wanted to get an explanation! The manager later delivered six bottles of beer. I asked for the payment code, but the waiter refused to give it and said it would be for us to drink! When checking out this morning, the front desk deducted the money for six bottles of beer from the deposit! We really had nothing to eat, so we ate the noodles we were going to cook raw! We live in Weihai, and we just want to enjoy some wind outside and drink some wine! But so disappointed! ! ! Friends from out of town must consider this before coming back! The environment is great, overall clean, and very close to the beach. The double bed room in a private courtyard is so spacious! The bedding wasn't damp at all and it was a very comfortable stay! There is air conditioning and a refrigerator, and the service is good. There is also a pomegranate tree in the yard. I will come again in autumn haha
