電視遙控器壞了，音量衹能升不能降。喊了前台兩次才來看的。維修人員進來就直接坐床上了，也沒墊個東西。最終結果是事也沒解決。也沒有任何錶示歉意的意思。調房間回覆我們的是沒相同房間了。房間裏潮蟲特別多，蚊子也多。滅蚊器基本不管用。衞生間味道真的一言難盡。把白玉蘭形象都敗光了

酒店很不錯，離高鐵站很近，酒店門口就有掃碼租車的，來玩不用提前找電動車租啦，而且要特別説一下，前台接待服務態度特別好，因為我騎電動車摔了，想問下有沒有酒精消毒的，直接又給我消毒液，又給我護理包和創可貼🩹，我説用完就還回去也説不急，退房前還了就行，心情一下子暴好

衞生一般我能接受，設施老舊我也能接受，湊合都能住。
但是隔音真的巨差，非常誇張，隔壁説話聽的一清二楚，
而且電梯口的房間居然也可以拿出來賣？我從來沒有住過這樣的酒店。
我訂的是靜雅雙床房，來了告訴我衹有電梯口的房間，我提出可以換嗎，前台告訴我這是最後一間房間，並且説聽不到電梯聲音，上樓後才發現這個房間門口距離電梯口衹有兩三米左右，入住後在房間裏直接就能聽到電梯口上下住客的交談聲，送餐機器人出電梯的震顫聲，最接受不了就是隔壁的聲音，一家三口，一直在交談，聽的一清二楚
告知前台後，前台説可以換，但是要出40的清潔費，酒店的問題還要我出錢，最後説給30，行，你們酒店厲害。

酒店環境好，冷氣充足，床品舒服，乾淨利落。
前台小姐姐們太優秀了，熱情大方，耐心的為我們講解夜市在哪裡，早市在哪裡。
酒店地理位置極佳，推薦外地朋友入住，隔壁飯店正宗的海鮮，緊挨着韓樂坊，步行10分鐘到達。
再來威海還來白玉蘭酒店，非常滿意。
設施：水壓給力洗澡舒服
