超出預期的入住和餐飲體驗！我一開始是先在隔壁新開的皇冠假日酒店入住兩晚的，因為那邊打着洲際的品牌，名氣大，可是那邊槽點太多了！我第三晚換到了城投北辰，因為在皇冠入住的兩晚就餐我都是來城投吃的，覺得這裏的服務很真誠，餐品也有保證，就果斷換過來了！經理主動給升級了房型！覺得天冷還貼心給配了電暖氣！實際情況大家看圖！餐飲部的郭經理，張經理，前台的Cinnie和其他遇到的工作人員，都是微笑相待，而且一看酒店經驗就很豐富了，知道客户的需求點（這個是隔壁皇冠欠缺的），而且相較於皇冠的高價賣好景，共享一片海景和湖景的城投也不輸太多，關鍵價格還優惠很多，自住早餐種類比皇冠也更多，口味更好！服務更好！皇冠假日酒店的裝修氣味太重了！

房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施非常齊全，能看海看日落，周圍環境安靜衞生，晚飯後散步特別nice，前台瘦瘦高高的小姐姐時刻保持微笑，説話特別温柔讓人很舒服，早餐比較豐富，味道也很棒，這是我遇到酒店裡麪最好的，一定還會再來

位於威海市區外圍的一家酒店，酒店位置在郊區會展附近應該是配套設施之一，風景環境還真是不錯，但是僅僅適合自駕前來。房間設施還不錯，其他方面在價格不上漲情況下也可以接受。
【位置】
位於威海國際經貿交流中心展館旁邊，毗鄰逍遙湖，周圍環境確實不錯綠地沙灘大片風力發電。距離市中心大約十幾公里，所以推薦自駕的可以選擇在這裏，停車位眾多環境不錯空氣清新。不過附近沒有什麼餐廳和購物，要麼在市裡解決，要麼在酒店解決。
【房間】
房間是雙床城景房，如果要海景房還要貴上幾十萬，感覺沒必要，十幾層的位置挺不錯，遠眺也挺好的。房間面積足夠大，給了冰箱非常不錯，不過沒有智能設備全部按鍵解決，沒有夜燈，燈光比較單一。衞生間不錯，尤其是淋浴間，出水量和水温都非常好，洗澡非常舒服。
【早餐】
早餐位於酒店三層，早上6點30開始提供早餐，不過説實話早餐的品質很難説得上是五鑽的標準吧，吃飽沒問題，提供的餃子和麪條餛飩也還可以，但是實在説不上種類豐富和有品質。餐廳面積大，用餐位置眾多，衹要不接待旅遊團都沒問題。
【服務】
服務大概是看點評中詬病最多的了，不過個人應該是避開暑期了，所以服務也還是不錯的。可惜啊，酒店成本把控實在是太精確了，就是比較摳門吧。就給兩瓶水絕對不多給，找前台要也倒是給，要報房號還要提供姓什麼……這為了兩瓶水也不至於這麼嚴格盤查吧。還有就是捲紙用不完也不給續上，第一天發現沒有給地墊，以為沒有，第二天收拾房間後給了。在餐廳更是發現，接待旅遊團時候把盤子都換成小盤子了，把勺子都換成一次性的了，然後也基本見不到肉菜了……其實也都可以理解，關鍵是這普通住客的標準不也給拉低了麼。雖然恢復標準其實也沒有強上哪裡去吧。
【總結】
就是在低價位時候或者有活動產品時候選擇這裏就是不錯的，另外就是自駕遊可以選擇這裏，因為距離偏遠一點。

其實就還好，服務一般吧，到的時候下着雨大堂衹有前台接待有人，其他都沒有服務人員主動幫忙拿行李之類的，保安也沒有及時指導停車。酒店整體環境還可以，周邊真的是什麼都沒有啊，定外賣都不送的那種，早餐還好中規中矩。

酒店前台員工賈曉常和於玲玲態度非常親切，熱情周到，給人賓至如歸的感覺，還幫忙免費升級了房型，還給多送了一個早餐券，看着網上有差評，還猶豫要不要來，衹能説應該早點來，特別好，所以多續住了一天

硬件設施很新很不錯，停車位相當充足，還有充電樁，離逍遙灣很近，還有擺渡車，每天來回幾班，很實用。帶娃來這裏就坐擺渡車去逍遙灣就行，不比冤大頭去那香海人擠人了。而且酒店周邊一公里左右還有最近很火的咖啡館，風景絕佳，遺世獨立感滿滿。這個位置距離市區20+公里，吃飯逛街都不算方便，如果重度依賴外賣的遊客建議慎選

房間很大，裝飾簡約不簡單。我是邊套的，有180度轉角窗，視線一級棒。
服務也很好，服務員（前台、禮賓、餐廳）訓練有素，專業、耐心，響應及時。還送了歡迎水果。
早餐也不錯，品種較豐富。吃完後工作人員會主動幫客人按電梯。
唯一缺點就是位置實在有點偏，周邊完全沒有配套（包括公共交通）。

酒店位置，風電、海岸、沙灘、藍天，白雲幾大浪漫元素組成了迷人的景色…樓下河邊遛彎，吹吹海風…舒服😌停車場很大，很方便停車。房間乾淨整潔，佈局合理，帶有按摩清洗功能的智能馬桶是很貼心的，淋浴水量足。大床兩側都有五孔、USB插孔，很方便。酒店周邊餐飲較遠，晚上就在酒店自助餐廳消費大幾十元吃的自助，有酒有肉有海鮮，但冰激凌還是挺好吃。吐槽一下不足吧，第一大堂服務人員服務意識需提高，客人站在面前將近一分多鐘，衹知道埋頭點着鼠標，面部表情管理需好好培訓一下微笑服務。第二點最致命，房間隔音…少有的如此拉胯！樓上孩子跑來跑去咚咚咚的腳步聲，隔壁電視的播放聲音……這一宿實在遭罪！！！第三，睡覺對光線有要求的，看看下圖窗簾的遮光效果吧……第四沒有健身房，泳池。吹風機噪音大風量小……歡迎水果，離店飲料，看似貼心，不如把這些用來好好提升一下服務。總體來説，酒店位置景觀是亮點。
