Top 5-Star Hotels in Wellington

It's very close to the ferry terminal, only 5 minutes drive away. There are many breakfast options. I ordered coffee and got latte art, which tasted pretty good. Although the hotel is a little old, it is well maintained. The beach nearby is nice to stroll around at night. The bar street is a bit messy, and there are many drunk people on the road, so be careful.

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the city center, next to the Parliament Building, not far from the ferry, the room is spacious and clean, with kitchen facilities similar to an apartment, very suitable for family travel. The breakfast has fewer types than Hilton, but the quality is okay, 35nzd is half price for a child (my family is 3 and a half years old), and the hotel helps with parking for 40nzd, which is still very convenient. After all, the hotels in Wellington are basically not easy to park, after all, the city center is very expensive. The view from the room is good, there is a green area outside the window, which is the local cemetery (the locals don't mind these, it's very similar to Japan), and I personally don't think it matters, after all, the environment is very good.

Facilities: Two bedrooms, one living room and one bathroom. Equipped with daily necessities. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: The apartment is very close to the business district. Service: very good. Arrived earlier in the day. The hotel staff also asked us to enter the room early and rest.

The hotel is right on Cuba Street, with many choices of food, very lively! The hotel has a strong sense of design, complete facilities, and is very convenient! The location of the hotel is also good, you can walk to the main attractions, parking is 35 New Zealand dollars a day, it's a good hotel!

The room was amazing and the service and breakfast was by far the best I’ve ever had. 10/10 experience which will have me going back in the future

There was no wifi for two days. On the first day, I went out to clean the lights but didn't come to clean. The parking fee was pitted.

Lobby, receptionist and resturant really good. The dinner is extremely well required. But the gym and pool is very small and the worst part is the bed is way too soft it gives me muscle and backache

Location is very central and easy to get to via the airport bus. Staff are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a supermarket right across the road so you really have everything nearby.

Especially good, the boss is also good, gave a lot of help. The hotel is clean and strategically located. At the door are KFC and McDonald's, as well as large supermarkets. Very convenient.
