This hotel is a 3rd-story walk up, which makes it difficult for anyone having trouble climbing stairs. The room was spacious enough, but there was a bad odor coming from the washroom. The toilet wasn't functioning properly. The air conditioning/heater worked well and kept me comfortably warm.

I don't feel very good. The air conditioning doesn't work. Turning on the heat at 30 degrees doesn't help at all. I woke up from the cold several times when I was sleeping.

The boss is very nice and the waiters are enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, and there are many restaurants downstairs. I will stay here again next time I go to Wenzhou.
