Taiyi smart hotel（WenzhouWuma Street dian）

This is the most outrageous and worst hotel I have ever stayed in when traveling. The price is 300 per night, there is no parking lot, and there is no connection service. When I made the reservation, I saw some reviews saying that the hygiene was poor, so I called the hotel specifically to ask for cleaning. I didn’t expect that the room was dirty, and One of the rooms I booked, 8811, was filled with a pungent smell. It was already 11 o'clock at that time. We were tired from driving all day. My family was very polite at first and thought about changing to another room. However, the hotel just said that there was no room available and then they didn't care. I contacted the Ctrip housekeeper, and they told me to spray some air freshener. I asked to check out, but the front desk still didn't agree. I asked her to stand in that room and call the person in charge to come over. If they were willing to stay in that room for one night, I was willing to pay for them for one night. She didn't even want to stand in that room, so she walked out of the door to make a call, but finally she was willing to back out. My husband and I moved our things to a nearby hotel, and it was already 1 o'clock when we checked in. I have traveled to so many cities, and this is the first time I have seen such an outrageous hotel! The smell in that room was not only pungent, it even made my eyes uncomfortable. I really don't know where those good reviews came from. Hygiene: Poor! Don't clean the bottom of the cabinet, it's dirty! Environment: Poor! Dirty carpet Service: Shifting the blame when things happen, irresponsible!
