I'll give it a 2. The staff are nice and the gym is very well equipped for a hotel gym. The gym itself ill give a 5 star but the hotel it self is very run down and old. Original room had no hot water , occasionally Luke warm at best, and the aircon was dismal. After complaining they informed me they sent a technician to the room and the water should be ok. Nothing had changed. Upon further enquiries I was shifted to a new grand deluxe room 1 floor up (15). The room was slightly fancier but still very dated. The lights occasionally made loud buzzing noises for no reason. Aircon and hot water was still an issue. For the price I paid (roughly $100 a night) I am extremely disappointed. $50 a night might be more reasonable if you can handle subpar aircon and hot water. The convenience of having a mall attached is handy for somewhere like jakarta. Oh and there was a flood in the hallway of level 14 one night.

The decoration of the alley in the building is unique and the room though a bit small but cozy and quite bright. However it has a subtle smoking smell despite asking for non smoking room thus had to open the window to let the air ventilation. The breakfast was acceptable

Good location Room is clean Gym - plenty equipments There is bathtub in the room - no separate shower Staff is fantastic! Wearing bikini in the pool area is ok but not comfortbable because no one wear bikini, other guest swimming with clothes. Everytime gocar go into the hotel - parking fee is 5000 even only to drop you.

Generally very good hotel. Couple minor issues are air con is not cold enough in the room. Room is nice and big with great views from 16th floor. Pool is quite small but fine , very noisy though as main road outside it . Breakfast I enjoyed but juice bit watered down. Laundry was expensive. I think you can get 5 star for few euros more.

I had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jakarta Taman Palem. The hotel offered modern and comfortable accommodations, with spacious rooms that were well-maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of local and international dishes. The hotel's location in Taman Palem was convenient, providing easy access to nearby shopping and dining options. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend it for both business and leisure travelers visiting Jakarta.

The location is the best in the North Jakarta. The big shopping malls next to hotel can provide everything you need. But the traffic is also horrible as weekends and peak hours. The room is big and good, but the toilet seems have problem. The disgusting smell keep going out as the exhaustion of the first toilet is very weak. I need keep closing the door and not using it. When I checked in, I’ve told my room is not yet ready, they offered me a free welcome drink at the coffee shop, that’s nice. But after one hour, no one ever come to inform me my room is ready or not. I got my room when I complaining which they should proactively inform the client.

Amenities so terrible... they didn't provide mat in bathroom 2nd day... must deposit 500k idr only cash or credit card (this made me feel dissapointed cause the amenities or inside the room NOTHING AT ALL quality goods and valuable goods!!!

Great, little hotel. All the staff are lovely. Hotel is the lower five floors of a 30 storey apar**ent complex, with 1 lift reserved for floors 1-5, with driveway roundabout entrance, reception and restaurant on the ground floor. Immediately mext door to this building (front gate, turn right, walk 100m) is a comprehensive international supermarket, and restaurant. Our good sized two bedroom apar**ent had a kitchen with microwave, mini fridge, kettle and kitchen sink. Good sized bathroom. Daily housekeeping was excellent, as were the reception staff. Daily breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of choices of Asian hot food, fresh fruit, toast, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. Breakfast staff were very hospitable. Next time in Jakarta this place will be at top our list.
