Just minutes from down town Winter Park and a short drive to the town of Fraser.

The living room, with a pull-out couch and wood burning fireplace, is a cozy space perfect for hanging out with family or friends. The Fraser River is right out the front door, which is great to listen to while you sleep and makes for some beautiful scenery and wild life.
Winter Park and Mary Jane have some of the best skiing and riding in the country and you wont miss any of it with just a 5-10 minute drive to the mountain.
