"The location is excellent, with true ski-in/ski-out access. The condo is small but adequate for two adults and one child. It was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped; however, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and felt very old (Feel like 50 years old). My husband and I experienced back pain after the first night and slept poorly throughout my seven-night stay. I would not return unless the mattress is replaced. I stayed in the Slopeside building (Unit 1507)."

"The condo was in a perfect location to the Winter Park activities. The Gondala, alpine slide, golf, ect. It was right across the street. The condo was nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The community hot tub was an added bonus! The only negative was the check in insturctions. They gave the correct address for the condo but check in is across the street at a totally different place. The Zephyr is where you check in for the Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe."

"Comfortable and roomy, but not accessible. We booked through RCI, Christmas and new year 2025. We got Dogwood on the 3rd floor, which is 2br/3bathrooms with a loft, no elevator. The place is very comfortable and roomy. The building is on a hill, so great views at the front of you. There is a closed garage under the building, one spot per unit, and if you have a second car you can park it at the front of your unit's garage. The Winter Park Lift bus stop is right at the front of the building. We recommend it if accessiblity is not an issue for you."
