What a great find! Lovely hotel in a convenient location. Genuinely helpful and knowledgable staff. Good service and all food/drink beautifully presented with care and attention to detail. We had a classic king room, comfortable big bed and chaise , beautiful yet simple decor, with a nod to the 1930's art deco style , spacious acccommodation, modern bathroom with quality fittings, well equipped room with safe, minibar, coffee machine, desk, plenty of hanging space/ drawers, range of lighting to create different moods. close to train station, tram stop and 106 bus stop from airport , yet quiet overnight. Had spa facilities to ourselves on the two occasions we used them during a 4 night stay - Jacuzzi, sauna, turkish and attached Gym. Chocolate time was an added bonus. Decor in attached cafe and restaurant also lovely. Staff advised hotel was recently refurbished. Really good value accommodation- great base for a city break. Wrocław is a wonderful city (As a traveller from UK it is a ' hidden gem') and we hope to be back soon. Would choose this hotel again.

Shortly after opening, not everything runs perfectly. But the hotel makes impression and the location is unbeatable, if you arrive by train. For the private cars, its more complicated, however the entity offers the underground parking. The staff is attentive and very soon they gain the experience.

This hotel has recently opened after a general renovation. Equipment is new and tasteful. Excellent new mattresses. But the most important thing is the approach of the staff. On the day of arrival, 22.04, my husband had his birthday. I mentioned it when checking in. After returning to the room from the restaurant, we were greeted by a card with wishes, chocolates and a bottle of wine. We were especially touched by the handwritten wishes - a rarity these days. Above all, we were impressed by the breakfasts and even more by the very nice service. I would like to mention Ms. Marta, who made us waffles that were a shame to eat - they looked so beautiful. The hotel is great, but above all the staff who simply care.

Nowy elegancki hotel w centrum jakosc noclegu bez zastrzeżen, super obsługa, świetna lokalizacja, dobra strefa spa jacuzzi, sauna siłownia. Minusy: Pokoje od ulicy głośne, przeciętne sniadanie nieadekwatne do jego ceny.
