"What can I say a gem of a hotel within easy walking distance to the town square, the staff were warm and welcoming, the room we had was a deluxe double that overlooked a church and was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the only negative and this is very minor we struggled to find the entrance at first on arrival not realising we needed to go down an alley way at the front of the building. Thanks for a lovely stay we would not hesitate to use this hotel again 🥰"

But I must admit that overall I am very satisfied because it is still very clean, the room is quite big, the location is good, and the Wi-Fi is very fast. 1. The attitude at the front desk is very bad. When I checked in last night, the boy didn't smile at all. He was impatient with my requests! I think that as a hotel, you should have the most basic service attitude when facing guests, and you should have the most basic smile between people, but he gave me the feeling that he hates this job at all. 2. There is no sound insulation between the rooms. In the room he gave me at the beginning, the two people next to me spoke very loudly. I could hear them clearly in the room. I asked to change rooms, but he ignored me. She said there was no way to change, but later I was aggressive and really got angry. I said I wanted to change rooms, so she gave me room 806. 3. You can basically hear the sound of the tram outside in the room, but it is quiet at night. The sound of the tram comes again the next morning. Fortunately, it is not serious."

"Cold room and bathroom after check-in. The taps were set to the lowest possible setting. The bathroom stank of sewage. Breakfasts were very tasty, service was nice. The first elevator was out of order, the second elevator had a broken display and it was impossible to read which floor you were already on. I probably won't be back."

"They kindly stored my luggage in the luggage storage room before check-in. It was close to the central station, so it was convenient for getting around. The room was warm and comfortable. There was no refrigerator or tissues, so I used toilet paper instead. Water was provided in the room as a service. It was carbonated water, but I was grateful. There was no on-site payment, so it was a very nice hotel. It was about a 20-minute walk to the Christmas market, but the location was easy to find and I was able to get there without any trouble."
