Every time I go here, it's the best value for money. It's great that there's a Korean restaurant nearby.

I have been a guest of this hotel for over 12 years. It used to be a pleasant place with high standards, but my last stay in December 2024, during the Christmas period (from December 25 to 28), was disastrous. The main problem lies not in the hotel itself, which still has potential, but in the current management, which appears to be completely incompetent and disrespectful towards guests. Here is a summary of the issues I encountered: 1. No heating during the first night. It was -4°C outside, and I spent the night shivering. I reported the issue to the reception, but it was not resolved immediately. The next day, I had to request a room change. The new room had heating, but it was in poor condition, which only partially addressed the problem. 2. The room was not cleaned for two days, despite multiple requests to the reception. 3. Essential supplies such as towels and toilet paper were missing. I had to repeatedly ask for these basic amenities, and the response was slow. 4. Poor room condition, including several visible defects: • A dirty sink and shower with damaged joints and mold (see photo) • A broken thermostat in the hallway leading to the room, with exposed electrical wires (see photo) • A TV that was already damaged upon my arrival, but for which I was later blamed (see photo) • A cracked mirror, damaged furniture, and overall neglect (see photos) During my stay, I had to visit the reception more than 20 times to report these issues. The staff tried their best, but it was clear they had no support from the management. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that the general manager was on a holiday break and that no one on-site could make decisions. I was asked to send an email after my stay to resolve the situation, but this was just a way to delay the issue. It has now been over a month since I sent the email, and the management has either ignored me or responded with dismissive replies. I am not the only guest who experienced these problems. Many recent reviews on Google mention the same issues: poor hygiene, technical problems, and a lack of managerial support. I travel frequently and have never encountered such a dismissive attitude from a hotel management team. I hope that the hotel’s owners or parent company read this review and take action to replace the current management. Conclusion: Until the management of this hotel changes, I strongly advise against staying here. If you are looking for professional service and a stress-free stay, look elsewhere.

If I could give 0 starts I would. WORSE hotel experience of my life and much closer to being a 2 star than a 5. I stayed after a friend’s wedding and would never ever return here. Not only was my suite dirty but the shampoo and conditioner had not been restocked, The worse thing though was the fact they LOCKED me into the spa, honestly unbelievable. They did not check to see if anyone was in there, they turned off all the lights and locked all the doors. THE MOST UNSAFE HOTEL ever. No fire lights no fire doors, no alarms no phone to ring. I rang the concierge to no avail, I have recorded all this and raised a complaint and they stoped email back and just ignored me. THEY DO NOT CARE for your wellbeing or to give a response to any complaints. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dear Mr. Zbaski, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had at the Platinum Palace Boutique Hotel on August 17, 2023. As a long-standing and loyal patron of your establishment for over five and a half years, I feel compelled to address the unfortunate incident that transpired during my visit. My journey with Platinum Hotel began in earnest when I hosted my wedding event at your venue on June 14, 2018. Since that memorable day, both my family and I have consistently chosen Platinum Hotel as our preferred destination for our periodic trips to Wrocław, averaging three visits per year. We have consistently indulged in your esteemed spa services and savored exquisite meals at your restaurant, contributing substantially to the hotel’s revenue. Last December, I received a thoughtful gift voucher from a family member in Wrocław, specifically for spa services at Platinum Hotel. Given our regular patronage, my wife and I naturally decided to utilize the voucher during our visit in August. On the appointed day, we eagerly handed over the vouchers to the spa representatives after enjoying a rejuvenating spa experience. Subsequently, we relished a sumptuous meal at your restaurant. However, to my utter astonishment, our experience took a disappointing turn during checkout. We were informed that the vouchers were no longer valid as they had supposedly expired at the end of June, which was merely seven weeks prior. It was disheartening to learn about this expiration date as it had not been conveyed to us when the vouchers were presented. We were further dismayed when the hotel staff conveyed their inability to honor the value of the vouchers. This treatment was not only unfair but also fell far short of the standards one would expect from a prestigious 5-star hotel. The refusal to recognize the purpose of a gift and the insistence on monetary gain over customer satisfaction left me deeply dissatisfied. I believe that manipulating the expiration date on non-refundable gift vouchers is a practice that prioritizes profit over providing genuine hospitality and customer service. I implored the staff for reconsideration, but regrettably, my pleas were met with indifference. This lack of understanding and empathy towards a loyal customer who had effectively paid for services not rendered is both disappointing and unacceptable. After having consistently invested a significant amount of money in your services, products, and dining experiences over the years, I have reluctantly arrived at the conclusion that Platinum Palace Hotel no longer deserves my patronage, nor that of my family members. I believe that other establishments, such as Topacz Hotel and Spa Services, will treat their clients with the respect, fairness, and customer-centric approach that I had previously associated with Platinum Palace Hotel. Sincerely,

Beautiful hotel, very chic, a small palace with a garden. Clean and fairly large rooms, nice decoration. The restaurant in the historical setting, the dishes are very good, excellent service. The efficient staff. Beautiful reception room. The hotel is quite far from the center, the car for travel recommended.

We chose this hotel because we were forced to spend another night in Wroclaw due to a cancelled flight. We chose the "Platinum" as a compromise between a 5-star hotel with a longer journey from the city the next morning and a shorter but less comfortable hotel near the airport. This hotel looks quite classy from the outside. The castle-like appearance is of course a matter of taste, but in terms of surrounding restaurants the location is rather modest. When we entered the hotel and went to reception, we were greeted by what I thought was a somewhat disparaging look from the lady behind the counter. The lady tried to be friendly and led us through the conversation, but unfortunately we did not really feel welcome. The room we booked was quite attractive, great bathroom, good beds. I don't quite understand why the bar is only open until 10 p.m. and (or rather, despite) there being no suitable alternative within a radius of about four kilometers. The kiosk about 500m away had to help out - which certainly has its own "road movie" charm, but is probably not everyone's cup of tea. At the existing billiards room, which unfortunately looked cold and somewhat unloving, a "Do not disturb" door hanger did not exactly encourage a game of billiards. In the wellness area, it was noticeable that it was not manned, so that guests had to find out for themselves that the changing rooms were being renovated (despite the doors being able to be opened) and that when they opened them they were faced with work on the floor that was not in progress. Signs did indicate this, but could easily be overlooked in the dim light. It would have been better and safer to have locked them. Overall, I think that compared to other hotels in this category (such as the one we visited previously in Wroclaw), despite its external imposing appearance, it is presented a little too impersonally and coldly. In general, I find it difficult to categorize hotels as 5 stars, as compromises always have to be made - even with simple things. However, in my opinion, this hotel has to be rated negatively in terms of service, atmosphere and location (right next to a main road).
