Staying at the E-Shang Hotel Wuhan University of Technology Wenzhi Street Subway Station store was a truly comfortable experience. The hotel is right next to the subway, making travel incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and bright, with new and complete facilities, and the smart room features offered a great experience. It was quiet and relaxing. The thoughtful free laundry and return service was a lifesaver, solving any worries about laundry while traveling – very considerate. The breakfast selection was rich, and they even had authentic Wuhan hot dry noodles, which tasted just like the real thing. The staff were warm and patient, paying attention to every detail. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Wuhan.

Our initial stay at the hotel was reasonably good. However, on the second day, when we return to the hotel, we had a rude shock. The whole hotel was plunged total darkness and half of the main entrance to the l9obby was pad locked. We were told by the staff that there was a major power failure and the situation cannot be rectified. There was no electrical supply for the lights, lifts etc. To make matter worse we were told that we have to checkout as the hotel has stopped operating. I approached and asked if he could make alternative arrangements for our accommodations as we have another 3 nights to go. He told me a flat NO to my request. Our room was on the 12th floor, and we had to climb up the stairs to our room to pack our luggage to check out and to climb down the stairs to the ground floor. I have never encountered such an event of a hotel where the management was so irresponsible to their guests. We had to find our own accommodation and transport to the new hotel. I had to frantically search for a new hotel at the lobby in the dark. NO ASSISTANCE was offered by the management of the hotel. Such a hotel should be banned from operation and a SEVERE penalty be imposed on them.

It's close to the subway entrance, which makes traveling more convenient. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby, including breakfast and late night snacks and barbecues. There is Cai Mingwei Hot Dry Noodles downstairs, and Line 5 goes directly to Yellow Crane Tower.

The overall environment exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious with great natural light and ventilation, and all the facilities were in excellent condition and fully equipped. Close to Wuhan University and the subway. Most importantly, the lady at the front desk is nice and kind, with a nice voice! Come again next time!

Laundry service was available for return to the room. The staff were smiling throughout my stay. Overall, the value for money was outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

There's a snack street right next door, which makes finding food super convenient. The hotel also offers a great breakfast spread with lots of variety, including hot dry noodles, various dishes, and fruits. It was definitely a worthwhile stay!

I just entered the door and heard the greeting at the front desk. Because I came for the first time, I was not familiar with the surrounding area.
