很差，真的很差。住過這麼多酒店，從來沒有哪個酒店床單上都是灰塵，肉眼可見！酒店前台也是不在崗的，喊半天才來。酒店隔音很差，隔壁外賣不斷，外賣員的喊叫聲就像在你房門口嚎叫，毫無安全感可言。半夜12點半附近地鐵站關門的廣播我都能在21樓聽的清清楚楚（窗户關死的情況下）智能音箱控制的窗簾根本拉不攏，清晨的第一縷陽光直射你的臉上。馬桶一打開都是浮在水面的灰塵，可見是很久沒有人入住，也沒有打掃了。

特別好，前台免費給我們升級了房間，當晚還趕上武漢下雪，挺驚喜的。房間乾淨，空調動力很足，浴室水壓水温都很好，但是停車要去碼頭的停車場，開車的住客還是要注意下。

定的房間並沒有按預訂時間交房，雖然是前訂單顧客的原因，但前台小姐姐的態度不好，帶着兩個七十多的長者，兩點多等到快四點，拿着行李，進房了地都還是濕的，自行擦了半天。第二天還沒到退房時間，催到不行，除了説加錢對前一天一點歉意都沒有。
