The drain in the hotel bathroom was blocked. We didn't notice it at the time, but later we found that the room was full of water. We called the front desk several times to ask room service, but no one came or informed us. They kept saying that they had already notified us. We tried until two in the morning but no one came... Room service said it was off work and no one wanted to clean. The maintenance master was cleaning there, but we couldn't bear to see such an old man squatting on the ground wiping the water, so we followed him to do it. It was not until one or two in the morning that it was a little better because we were afraid that the children would slip when they got up in the middle of the night.
