這家酒店讓我比較意外的，服務特別要點贊，前台服務人員都特別親切，讓我感受很温暖，房間也比較寬敞，外賣都是機器人送，客房服務員打掃衞生也非常乾淨，很麻利的處理完了，還給我推薦了很多蔡甸的特色小吃，離地鐵站也是非常近的，交通很便利，洗衣房也很適合我們出遊的家人

房子特別好，新裝修的木有異味，設計時尚大方，離地鐵口很近，前台小姐姐更是沒得説，我入住的晚，晚上九點多才去的酒店，到的時候小姐姐已經提前幫我把房間燈打開、空調開好了，非常感謝小姐姐。紙杯也是塑封包裝乾淨衞生，洗髮水等洗漱用品質量很好。推薦入住👍

這是第二次入住，第一次感覺非常好，選擇再次入住，但是這次體驗感不是很好，大床房房間小的出奇，洗面台非常簡陋還小，洗漱用品都放不下，洗個臉化粧包都要放地上，更別説護膚了……

推薦入住，蔡甸性價比非常高的酒店了，酒店裝修時尚新穎！電梯有梯控，外賣員一律不上樓都是機器人把外賣直接送到放門口，安全感十足！一樓還有洗衣房洗烘一體機，洗完衣服乾乾淨淨香香的，對於出差、旅遊住宿而言着實便利！房間乾淨整潔，服務員個個都非常熱情有禮貌，整體入住感受非常好，下次來蔡甸必選這家你好酒店！

房間很新，設施齊全，空調製冷效果非常好，點的外賣還有機器人幫我送上來，在蔡甸應該是獨一家吧，很棒，前台服務態度也是非常好的，下次來蔡甸了，還會來這家酒店
