When I first stayed there last Christmas, I remember the hotel's scent and warm lobby. I arrived in Wuhan early this time, so I thought of storing my luggage and recharging my batteries first. While I was sitting in the lobby, the hotel manager came to arrange breakfast for me and quickly coordinated a room. During this period, the laundry and take-away services were also very professional and in place. Until I left, he helped me put my luggage in the car and said goodbye. During this trip to Wuhan, the hotel I stayed in left me with a very deep and good impression. Because we arrived at noon, we took a short rest in the hotel lobby. A staff member took the initiative to come forward to ask about our needs. After learning that we were a little tired, he quickly brought us a glass of warm water. The weather was extremely cold at the time, and this cup of warm water was like timely help, instantly dispelling the chill, warming people's hearts, and their favorability towards me increased. After completing the check-in procedures, we went out for fun in the afternoon. Unexpectedly, we received a call during our trip, informing us that the housekeeper had helped us clean the dirty clothes in the room. This was a really thoughtful gesture, and I was both surprised and a little embarrassed. The next day, when we were having breakfast in the restaurant on the sixth floor, the chef was very friendly and talkative. While dining, he chatted with us and enthusiastically recommended the specialties of local restaurants to us. The service of this hotel is really great, and every detail shows care and concern. The staff's enthusiasm, caring and thoughtfulness make people feel as if they have returned to a warm home. This hotel must be highly recommended! It is hard to compare with other hotels. After leaving, I received a gift from the hotel, which was very touching. I sincerely regret not writing this review earlier.
