Great service, very flexible and helpful. Room was pleasant, clean and spacious for the price. Good washer and dryer. Breakfast is prepackaged and there is no coffee, but the hotel is very close to a good breakfast market which you can go to instead.

The room was sprayed with insecticide before the luggage was collected. After the platform intervened, the hotel still only compensated one Huazhu Club gold card. It's so funny. I'm too lazy to collect the hotel's gold card. Afterwards, the platform gave compensation. Wuhan Huazhu Club is also an eye-opener.

前台工作人員態度很好，辦理入住很方便。房間很乾凈，窗户隔音非常棒，窗簾很遮光，很適合睡覺很淺的我。
酒店離熱門的山海關路挺近的。附近有兩個地鐵站，近的那個走路十分鐘以內，遠一點的也差不多十一十二分鐘就到了。如果不想走路，附近共享單車很多，出行很方便。離武漢天地很近，那裡吃的很多，住在酒店的三天，每天都要騎車去那裡點一杯茶顏悦色。附近有初中，小學，居民區，很安全，酒店所在那條街上也有很多小吃夜宵可以吃。

這次入住海友酒店，從踏入大堂到退房離開，全程體驗遠超預期！酒店雖定位經濟型，但細節和服務絲毫不馬虎。
前台小姐姐笑容親切，快速辦理入住，還貼心提醒我可以通過“華掌櫃”自助機快速退房，全程僅需15秒，省時省力。房間雖小但佈局合理，主題設計（如“趣味膠合板”或“都市叢林”）讓人眼前一亮，簡約中透着一股年輕活力。
房間整潔無異味，床品乾淨柔軟，一次性袋裝洗漱用品環保又衞生，還配有獨立包裝的洗臉巾，細節控表示非常安心。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水充足，洗浴用品雖是二合一，但香味清爽。更驚喜的是，床邊配備USB、Type-C雙接口充電，再也不用為插頭不夠發愁！
酒店位於地鐵站附近，步行5分鐘即達，周邊超市、餐飲一應俱全。趕早班機也不用擔心，前台提供24小時行李寄存服務，退房後還能免費寄存72小時，貼心到爆！

來武漢玩，可選擇的酒店也不多了，雙人都訂滿了，那就一人一間吧。這次選擇的海友讓我挺意外的。新店，整體環境非常好，前台可以辦理自助登記，還有自助洗衣機、寄存櫃等設施，進門感覺很温馨。房間面積也不錯，乾淨，機器人也很努力[呲牙]離地鐵站也近，窗外就能看到地鐵，視線不錯，隔音很好，關上窗沒有室外雜聲。此次出行住宿滿意。
