房間很不錯的，很大，也很乾凈，早餐也很不錯，有面，有西式的，蔬菜種類也豐富。退房的時候工作人員態度也不錯。唯一的一個小問題是牙具盒子裏有一套開了的牙刷，雖然沒用過的痕跡，但是也不敢用，希望下次注意一點。

位置絕了！地鐵口出來走30秒就到，前台小徐超温柔，房間衞生乾淨又住起來又舒服，客房有位胡姐面帶微笑，非常有感染力，説話也很温柔，酒店房間性價比超高，下次一定還要來！

在附近出差，住過好幾次了，酒店位置很好，距離大悦城，光谷空軌都很近。早餐有武漢特色熱乾麪、豆皮，各種水果飲料，品種豐富。前台小姐姐們服務都很好，第一天住的房間樓層高些，不太習慣，前台就立馬幫忙換了一間房，滿足了我的需要。小徐服務熱情，很滿意

所有工作人員都很好，酒店很新，位置也很好！！就在地鐵口，出來就能看見，出行非常方便！房間也很大！！但不要選沒窗户的，呆了頭暈....有窗的就很好！唯一不太好的是衞生...不是那種住了人很臟的不衞生，是沒住人那種，床鋪挺乾淨的，但桌面枱麪很多灰....

這家酒店周邊交通便利，就在11號線A出口100米（光谷的湖北廣電對面），要去大悦城或者坐空軌都很方便，一站地鐵就到了。如果去光谷那邊玩，坐地鐵半小時以內，真的很推薦在地鐵邊上的酒店，不用拉着行李走很遠，誰拖誰知道，4.5百米其實遠得很。
服務真的很貼心，小吳，小李，小向熱情周到又細緻！需要取用一些東西，打電話，她們的服務很及時！而且很專業！加大分！！
而且這個酒店有自己的獨立大堂以及自用電梯，安全性很可以，在辦理入住的時候看到送外賣的小哥，小吳，小李，小向她們會提醒使用機器人，我認為這樣對於獨自出行的女性客人來説，能規避一些危險。
房間乾淨整潔，佈局看着也很舒服，房間裏的設施用起來也很方便，特別喜歡這個大電視！床品柔軟，睡眠體驗感也很nice ！
入住體驗感超棒！如果是來武漢旅遊，想打卡空軌，住這裏真的很方便。這裏離武漢站也很近，如果去趕高鐵，這裏坐地鐵半小時就到啦！

第一次來住武漢的建國鉑萃，總的來説很滿意，設施上都是智能化的，小度智能語音控制，房間也很大很寬敞，房間很安靜，還配有迷你吧小冰箱，各方麪條件都很不錯。
