We checked in at around 9pm. Even though we had booked and paid in advance, we were told that the room had just been used as an hourly room and we had to wait for the maid to clean it. I had just got off the plane and was very tired from the journey, but I couldn't check in. Moreover, the room was used as an hourly room not long ago on the same day (I don't know if this is normal, the hotel will use the booked rooms as hourly rooms). The front desk said they would contact me when the room was ready, but they never did. After dinner at 11pm, we returned to the hotel and my girlfriend found a hair on her pillow (sorry there is no photo because I was so shocked that I quickly threw the hair and the pillow aside and couldn't find the hair later). After learning that it was just used in the hourly room, one can't help but imagine what happened to this pillow. When I opened the toilet door, there was a strange smell of a public toilet. I have been to so many hotels at home and abroad, and stayed in hotels of all grades. This is the first time that there is such a smell in the toilet of a hotel room. Then I lifted the toilet lid and saw that there was still feces in the toilet that had not been cleaned out, and there was also feces broken off the surface of the toilet seat. The initial suspicion was that the cleaning lady was in a hurry and forgot to clean the toilet. I admit that I did not choose other hotel chains because I saw that the hotel was only 300 yuan a night and would not open for business until 2025, but I lost the bet. I honestly refunded the money for the remaining two days and changed hotels. Never see you again.

酒店出乎意料的好，本來下了武昌站想找個地方隨意休息，沒想到酒店提供的服務情緒價值以及關心問候真的很驚喜，酒店的設計有種度假風的感覺會讓人覺得很舒心很放鬆雖然在市中心但是真的很舒服，酒店下午茶選品真的也很棒自助咖啡機是一大亮點牌子也是DR的，正好趕上酒店的早餐開業，不誇張的説牛肉麪真的是我吃過最好吃的，牛肉超級大塊，湯汁也喝的出現熬製的，很用心的酒店，酒店浴缸也很好看類似於温泉♨️浴缸大理石樣子，泡個澡睡覺舒舒服服啊床品也不錯，第二天都捨不得走，下次一定還會帶家人朋友來總的來説滿分💯體驗！ 設施：很棒的裝修 衞生：整體沒問問題床品毛巾很乾凈 環境：很舒心度假風 服務：酒店一大亮點24小時管家服務

定了幾晚，女朋友跟朋友都很喜歡，服務超級好，各種問題解決詢問響應都非常快，給人感覺好親切啊. 中間那個花園太驚喜了，好喜歡，喝咖啡吃小點心很棒. 還有水池，很愜意. 晚上睡眠也不錯. 唯一給意見就就是房間沒有桌子，這個吃飯就要來這個中間餐廳. 不過整體都非常好，還回來住的. 很放鬆
