酒店位置很好找，四號線一出青魚嘴地鐵J出口就看到襄陽大廈一棟高樓。從大門進去刷卡閘機口有一個智仁酒店請上7樓的指引牌，把預訂訊息給客服小姐姐看一下會幫忙刷開，有6部電梯直達7樓。一出7樓電梯口就能看到前台，辦理好入住手續就進房間了，衹有一層樓需要兩瓶水打前台電話一下就送到房間了，新開的酒店，設施設備都比較新。房間裝修簡約大氣，衞生乾淨整潔，床也很軟很舒服。住的是靠馬路這邊的房間，隔音效果很好，完全聽不到外面一點的嘈雜聲。衞生間是乾濕分離的，不僅有一次性的拖鞋還有塑料男女拖鞋穿着很軟，酒店離楚河漢街，SKP很近吃飯逛街都很方便，體驗感很好下次還會再來。
