Hygiene: Not bad, bath towels are not opened, and face towels are also disposable.

跟一般的七天差不多，基本在户部巷旁邊小巷子盡頭，吃喝很方便，但是也比較吵鬧。能遠遠看到黃鶴樓。
到達第一天説是WIFI壞了在維修，然後晚上十點半快十一點了，咚咚咚的敲門修WIFI，説休息了，制止之後還敲就有點影響休息了。但是前台整體態度也都不錯。
入住後跟前台諮詢延遲退房以及付費加鍾，辦入住時簡單問了下説是八十幾4小時，第二天去加鍾前台換了個兼職學生不太清楚但是很耐心的諮詢上級先説了89元4小時又説什麼好評69元，小弟弟搞不清楚也不敢給操作下單，説第二天一早跟前台説就行。結果一早問新的前台一副鼻子不是鼻子眼不是眼的樣子，説什麼沒有這個價，讓她詢問下之前的前台，問清楚。結果她不僅不問還拉着一個後台服務人員一副不耐煩的樣子説“我們從來沒有這個價……我們最低119”等等。就很無語。。價格又不是我們顧客提出來的，你們自己內部人員有過溝通，更何況大堂還有別的客人也都聽到了，讓你再詢問一下都不樂意，服務精神在哪兒？也就是清明假期人多漲價給的底氣吧。你平時的價位在那放着，加鐘的價格也是你們告訴我的，不去詢問你們自己同事倒去鄙夷顧客。
果斷退房不續，旁邊能看黃鶴樓和長江大橋還安靜房間還大的漢庭也很香，加鍾4小時95，不説比你們便宜還是貴，我在意的也不是幾十塊錢的事兒，是前台態度，顧客可不是花錢吃你們擠兑的。ps：後面兩張是漢庭的（房間大，好打車，能同時看到黃鶴樓和長江大橋）

酒店位置很好，客房寬敞、明亮；保潔乾淨衞生。入住當天和退房當天的兩位客服人員非常好，照顧到老年人，讓我86歲的母親延遲到三點才退房。真是店好人美！
