Ada, the lady at the front desk, checked in very quickly. The room was also very good. It was quite large and the windows were bright. The room also had a round bathtub, which was very nice. It is a major feature of this hotel. Takeaways can also be delivered upstairs, which is great. Convenient

The hotel has dusty curtains, the staff speaks poor English, they don't give you towels in the pool, the gym stinks, the food is monotonous + they asked me to pay 184 yuan for an extended check-out for 1 hour (the whole room for the whole day costs 360 yuan). I don't recommend it!

Very good. I stayed there for more than 10 days. The front desk lady and the cleaning lady were very enthusiastic. They helped to receive a lot of express deliveries every day. They also arranged robots to help deliver express deliveries and meals. Any requests were handled very promptly. There were a variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western. The restaurant also had a small children's playground, which was convenient for children to play indoors. The surrounding environment was also very good and convenient for travel. A very good stay experience. I will choose Ramada again next time.

The location is very good, not far from the highway. It was around 3:00 pm when we arrived at the hotel, but probably because of the high occupancy rate during the Spring Festival, the room had not been cleaned when we arrived. Service: I can still understand that the room was not cleaned in time. Because of personal reasons, I communicated with the hotel front desk lady and wanted to see the room prepared for us first, but a staff member at the front desk refused with a tough and cold attitude. Finally, after many communications, the lobby manager came forward to solve the problem. In fact, I can understand that the workload is heavy during the Spring Festival, but this is your job responsibility after all. I hope you don’t bring your personal emotions to work, which will give guests a bad service impression and also cause damage to the image of the hotel.  The room is large, spacious and bright, the hygiene is relatively good, the bedding is comfortable, the twin room is a 1.35-meter single bed, which is relatively spacious so it is very comfortable to sleep on it. The breakfast in the morning is relatively rich in variety, and I am generally very satisfied.
