The hotel is located 20m from the Erqi Branch Road Exit C which is convenient for travel on the Metro. However the Metro Line 3 doesn't link to many of the tourist locations. You need several Line changes. Food outlets are scarce around the hotel. The hotel staff have a rather cold attitude. Breafast was not good and the lady staff was rather unfriendly and rude. The room size was OK though the facilities in the hotel need refurbishment. The lift numbering was really confusing with same numbers used for different floor levels. Floors are diferentiated by an alphabet suffix like B and F.
I didn't enjoy my stay.

The rooms are clean, no foreign objects found, no strange smells
The only downside is that the ceiling is too low, which makes me feel a bit depressed!
The front desk staff is also very friendly

The room is spacious and bright! Clean and hygienic! I took my kids to Wuhan and stayed there for several nights. It was very convenient as it was right next to the subway station, very convenient to the Ocean Park, and also close to Jianghan Road. The kids love breakfast. When they got home, they still remembered that the hotel they stayed in had small cakes for breakfast🎂. The price is affordable too, I will come again next time!

I booked a quiet non-smoking room. When I checked in, I called the front desk to confirm the situation in the room again. It was very reliable and very quiet.
