貴賓樓層咖啡機壞的 週末兩天門口看不到門僮也沒人幫開車門拿行李 自助早餐十點多東西沒了也不補 要個熱乾麪和三鮮豆皮愛搭不理感覺像在討飯 餐廳戴眼鏡矮個子男的態度很差 整體點評分數低不是沒有原因的 餐廳經理態度可以解決問題

房間的景觀非常好，早上可以直接在房間裏看日出，看到了世紀大燒。房間很大，也很安靜，入住期間在房間內完全聽不到其他客人的動靜。服務非常主動，看到有小朋友，特地送來了小朋友浴袍。 酒店位置也很好，離黎黃陂路步行100米，不用出酒店就有m stand 奈雪的茶，外賣也很方便。
誇獎一下行政酒廊的總體餐食和服務，當然景觀也是一如既往的好。
晚上2樓bar唱歌的小姐姐非常好看，歌也唱得好聽。
最最後，因為趕高鐵時間緊張，提前電話酒店並且幫了大忙，最後順利趕上車了，非常感謝。

這個酒店衞生，服務都差到不行，房間衞生間都是發黴的地方，房間設備設施極差，前台服務更奇葩，退房，給前台人員房卡表示退房，卡收了，一句話都沒有説，自己走了，然後也沒有和前台同事交接，因為有按金，我們站在前台等了十幾分鍾，後來自己問前台好了沒有，才説幫我看下，這個服務態度簡直了，經理一副不耐煩的態度，所以前台服務人員也是這樣，可能酒店生意好，人家無所謂！

我覺得非常值得，老牌五星，15年前我在武漢做導遊的時候就經常安排這個酒店。硬件我覺得沒啥説的，軟件可能是沒有五星應該有的賓至如歸。但不妨礙它成為我回武漢落腳的首選
