酒店是在之前新華酒店基礎之上進行了改造升級，所以房間整體結構和框架還是比較小，跟現在新建的酒店有差別。

酒店服務熱情，有做會員升級到套房，退房後開票速度也很快。房間乾淨衞生，配有健身房和泳池，但是第三方的，要注意使用時間。出行便捷，附近有地鐵站，邊上既有購物商城，後面也有小吃一條街。
