Lipton Hotel

The room was very nice. After staying for one night, I changed to a room on the south side. The view was great.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, the environment is high-end, there are laundry rooms and drying rooms. Hygiene: The room is very clean and the customer service is very attentive. Service: The service staff is very good. If we want to change the room, they will patiently meet our requirements. In short, I will consider it next time I come to Wuhan.

1. Hotel location: The hotel is adjacent to Guanggu Avenue Subway Station on Metro Line 2. It is about 500 meters walk from Exit A. It is a single-family building, close to Chuangye Street and Changfei. Although it is next to the Guanggu Avenue viaduct, it is not noisy at night. It is about 1 km away from Guanshan Avenue, which is very convenient for going to Huake and Guanggu Square. 2. Hotel facilities and sanitation: In terms of area, soft furnishings, and services, it is an upper-middle-class 4-star hotel. Washing and toilets are separated, which is better than most 4-star or even 5-star hotels, and the sanitation is also good. 3. Hotel service: The service is first-class, there is no doubt about it. 4. Breakfast: It is quite satisfactory. In summary, the price-performance ratio is very high.

The soundproofing of the room was very disappointing. The noise from the next room was too loud, which seriously affected the rest of the next room. I called the front desk to deal with it from more than 10 o'clock in the evening, but the front desk did not send anyone to remind me. In fact, more than an hour later, it was still endless. It felt like a live broadcast. It started again at 12 o'clock in the evening. My God, my roommate and I almost ran over and knocked on the door! I called the front desk again at more than 12 o'clock in the evening and asked for immediate treatment. I never thought that the front desk asked us to change rooms (we were very surprised). Then someone from the hotel staff finally went to knock on the door to remind us, but it seemed to be useless... Out of helplessness, we picked up the mineral water bottle and knocked on the wall next door to protest, and finally it stopped!!! This is the first time I have stayed in such a hotel, which is very painful. Other than that, the hotel environment and hygiene are still OK, and we should be realistic.

The room is large, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the overall facilities and supplies are very complete. The air conditioning is sufficient, the number of sockets is sufficient, and there is a USB port. One of the shortcomings is that the hair dryer has a low power and takes a long time to blow; another is that the wifi is a direct connection without a password and the speed is a bit slow. Overall, it is very good, the hotel service is also very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high.
