This is one of my first hotel wherein I didn't feel anything positive while staying. It's inside scrape mark, full of noise and dirty all around the area with smell, not clean at all with no proper service not even attentive. Though guy who is handling the place quite ok and can help but regarding place, property and other things not ok at all. Just spent night if you are really looking for cheapest private room without any service.

The Lady who operates the property is an amazing help
There is a street food market directly outside the building
The metro is a few steps away
There is laundry facilities in the room

It is already very good to book this price during May Day, and the conditions and price match (I understand everything). If the requirements for accommodation conditions are not high, it is actually good enough to go out to play during the day and come back to sleep at night. The location is relatively downtown, and the traffic is quite convenient. Not very soundproof, of course it doesn't matter if you are tired from playing during the day and at night. In short, when you go out, you won’t be disappointed if you don’t have too much expectation. Don’t let these trivial things disturb the good mood of going out to play 🙂
