房間比較臟，考試期間漲價嚴重，大約漲價2.5-3倍左右。
二百元左右的房間，進屋打開牀頭櫃就有不知道第幾個住户留下的私人用品包裝，告知前台後前台僅是拿了張紙捏走，説“上一個住的衹是一個男孩，就沒檢查”，所以如果情況屬實，那麼房間至少兩次住户入住沒有仔細打掃。
房間門很薄隔音效果一般，屋內陳設也比較差，桌子搖搖欲墜一碰就晃，但是唯二的可取之處可能就是離學校近，其次前台態度還可以，慎重入住。
